UAC Partnership Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the University of Arabic Calligraphy (UAC) Partnership Program.

1. Definitions
- 1.1 University of Arabic Calligraphy (UAC): Refers to the institution offering the partnership program.

- 1.3 Program: Refers to the UAC Partnership Program, which facilitates collaboration between the partner and UAC.
2. Partnership Eligibility
- 2.1 The applicant must demonstrate a genuine interest in advancing Arabic calligraphy or related fields.
- 2.2 Applicants may include individuals, educational institutions, cultural organizations, art galleries, or commercial entities.
- 2.3 UAC reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.
3. Scope of Partnership
- 3.1 The partnership aims to promote Arabic calligraphy through collaborative projects, exhibitions, events, or educational programs.
- 3.2 Partners may receive access to specific UAC resources, including workshops, training sessions, and publications, as per the agreed terms.
- 3.3 The partnership scope will be outlined in a formal agreement between UAC and the partner.
4. Obligations of the Partner
- 4.1 Ensure alignment of all collaborative activities with UAC’s mission and values.
- 4.2 Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the application process and throughout the partnership term.
- 4.3 Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all activities conducted under the partnership.
- 4.4 Obtain prior written consent from UAC for using its name, logo, or branding in any promotional material.
- 4.5 Inform UAC promptly of any changes in circumstances that may affect the partnership.
5. Obligations of UAC
- 5.1 Provide resources, support, and guidance to facilitate the partnership objectives.
- 5.2 Maintain open communication with the partner regarding ongoing projects and initiatives.
- 5.3 Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared by the partner.
- 5.4 Recognize and promote the partner’s contributions in relevant UAC platforms, as applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
- 6.1 All intellectual property created under the partnership remains the property of the respective creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 6.2 Partners may not reproduce, distribute, or use UAC’s proprietary materials without prior written consent.
- 6.3 Any co-created intellectual property shall be jointly owned by UAC and the partner unless specified otherwise in the partnership agreement.
7. Confidentiality
- 7.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the partnership.
- 7.2 Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, proprietary data, financial details, and unpublished materials.
- 7.3 Confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of the partnership.
8. Financial Terms
- 8.1 Any financial arrangements, such as sponsorships, funding, or revenue-sharing, will be outlined in the partnership agreement.
- 8.2 Partners are responsible for their own expenses unless specified otherwise in the agreement.
- 8.3 UAC will issue invoices or receipts for any payments made by the partner, as applicable.
9. Termination of Partnership
- 9.1 Either party may terminate the partnership by providing 30 days' written notice.
- 9.2 UAC reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately in cases of:
- Breach of terms and conditions.
- Actions that harm UAC’s reputation or mission.
- Non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Upon termination, the partner must cease all use of UAC branding and return any UAC resources.
10. Liability and Indemnification
- 10.1 UAC is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the partner’s activities under the partnership.
- 10.2 The partner agrees to indemnify UAC against any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from the partner’s breach of these terms or misconduct.
11. Dispute Resolution
- 11.1 Any disputes arising from the partnership will be resolved through mutual discussions in good faith.
- 11.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to arbitration under the laws of [Your Country/Region].
