The Noon (ن) is a distinctive letter in the Arabic alphabet, characterized by its compact structure and elegant proportions. In the Thuluth style, the Noon emphasizes balance and precision, combining bold strokes with a graceful curvature. Composed of four essential elements, each stroke plays a vital role in shaping the unique beauty of the Noon.

1.First Stroke

Begin with a diagonal stroke at an angle of 70°, forming the initial motion of the letter.

This stroke measures 2 1/2 nuqtas in height and 1 nuqta in width, creating a smooth and flowing start.

2.Second Stroke

Add a horizontal stroke at an angle of 90°, forming the base of the Noon.

This stroke measures 2 nuqtas in height and 3 1/2 nuqtas in width, establishing the letter's foundation.

3.Third Stroke

Continue with a vertical stroke at an angle of 90°, completing the main structure.

This stroke measures 3 1/2 nuqtas in height and 1 nuqta in width, adding strength and balance to the letter.

4.Fourth Stroke

Conclude with the defining head of the Noon, an iconic element that completes the letter’s form and character.
